How can I ensure my candle burns evenly?
To prevent tunneling, ensure the first burn allows the wax to melt all the way to the edge of the glass. Always trim the wick to 7mm before every light to maintain a clean, steady flame.
What is your return policy for fragrance products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been sprayed or lit.
Are Glasshouse Fragrances products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. Our candles are made with a lead-free cotton wick and a high-quality soy-blend wax that contains no animal-derived ingredients.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Can I reuse my glass candle jar?
Absolutely. Once 10mm of wax remains, discontinue use, clean the jar with warm soapy water, and repurpose it as a chic vanity organizer or floral vase.
