At Glasshouse Fragrances, we want you to be completely captivated by your scent experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile glass components are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
